Chê người làm ít, hưởng ít nhưng lại nói năng ba hoa, khoác lác quá mức. Thường dùng để phê phán những kẻ hay huyênh hoang, nhất là trong các cuộc ăn uống.

Used to criticize someone who does little or contributes little but talks excessively and boastfully. It often refers to loud, showy behavior, especially at drinking or dining gatherings.
